• Home Purchase: Purchasing a home can be exciting and nerve-wracking. We are here to help make the home buying process as seamless as possible. Home purchase loans are closed at First State Bank and may be serviced in-house or through the secondary market to offer our best interest rate possible. Ask one of our MLOs about a first-time homebuyer grant!
• Home Refinance: Refinancing your home can save you money by locking in a lower interest rate, lower your monthly payments, or help pay off your home quicker. Additional funds may also be obtained through a cash-out refinance. We offer servicing for refinance loans in-house or through the secondary market.
• Home Equity Loan or Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC): These loans allow you to use the equity in your home for many purposes you may need, such as paying for repairs, purchasing a vehicle, paying off other debts. A home equity loan is set up on fixed monthly payments, with funds available right away. A home equity line of credit (HELOC) allows you to advance funds as needed for a period of 10 years.
• Construction/Remodel Financing: Need financing to build your new custom home, or complete a large remodel project? Our construction loans are set up as a line of credit to ensure your home construction or remodel is completed and as stress-free as possible.
